Syntasso Kratix Enterprise Shows Growing Traction for Platform Building within Financial Services

Today at KubeCon NA, Syntasso, the creators of Syntasso Kratix Enterprise (SKE), a framework for building composable internal developer platforms, announce increasing customer adoption within financial services and two new professional service partnerships in North America and Europe.

Increasing Syntasso Kratix Enterprise Customer Adoption

Syntasso’s flagship product, Syntasso Kratix Enterprise (SKE), has seen increasing adoption across all customer segments, with a particular boost in regulated organisations and financial services.

Chris Plank, Enterprise Architect, Joint Product Owner, and Evangelist of Platform as a Product at NatWest, recently shared NatWest’s successful SKE adoption journey in his Kubernetes Community Days UK keynote, “Natwest Bank’s Platform Engineering and Platform as a Product journey to Date.”

Outcomes delivered from SKE adoption include increased environment provisioning and delivery speed, reduced deployment risk with automated workflows as policy-as-code, and reduced cost resulting from more effective fleet management.

Syntasso’s Global Professional Service Partnerships

This year, Syntasso has invested significantly in professional service partnerships to ensure our global customer base can build effective platforms enabling developers to ship applications quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Earlier in the year, Colin Humphreys, CEO of Syntasso, announced a partnership with MomentumAI, a professional services organisation focusing on making “platform as a product” a reality for modern enterprises in North America.

Building on this momentum, Humphreys also recently partnered with the UK-based OpenCredo consulting organisation to accelerate platform engineering initiatives across the UK and EU regions.

Syntasso Is Making “Platform as a Product” a Reality

Syntasso’s mission is to help platform engineers thrive. We believe that embracing a “platform as a product” approach is key to this, and we have recently launched a platform engineering learning hub to enable engineers to educate themselves on related topics.

Over the summer, Colin Humphreys contributed an article to The New Stack that outlined how his 20 years of experience building platforms as a product for some of the world’s leading brands have influenced the implementation of Syntasso Kratix Enterprise (SKE).
